- Customized & Made-to-Order Items: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.
- Non-Customized Items: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof Required: A package opening video is mandatory for approval in case of damaged or incorrect items.
- Reverse Pickup: ₹200 per item will be charged for reverse courier services.

I am pleased with my tote bag—it is attractive, functional, and well-made. The print design was executed exactly as requested, and the handles are comfortable to carry even when the bag is full. The only minor drawback is that the material could be a bit more structured to maintain shape when empty.
