Cancellation Policy

At Pop Print, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to know your options:

  1. Non-Customized and Ready-to-Ship Orders
    Cancellations are allowed within 1 day of order placement or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

  2. Customized and Made-to-Order Items
    Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed, as these items are crafted specifically for you.
    If you need to make changes to your customization, please contact us within 6 to 10 hours of placing the order.
    While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.
    Approval depends on the manufacturing status of your order (whether it has been processed or not).

  3. How to Request a Cancellation

  4. Refunds for Cancellations
    For prepaid orders that are successfully canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
    Refunds are not applicable to Cash on Delivery orders canceled after the shipping process has begun.
