Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Pop Print, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience. Please review our 2-day return and exchange policy carefully:

  1. Non-Customized and Ready-to-Ship Products
    Returns or exchanges are allowed for non-customized and ready-to-ship products if:

  • The item is in its original tag and condition, unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

  • If the original packaging is missing, ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Customers must contact our support team within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return/Exchange Charges: A fee of ₹200 per item will be charged for reverse courier pickup.

Note: For returns, the fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For exchanges, the fee will be charged before approving the return.

  1. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

  • No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds are allowed for customized or made-to-order products.

  • In case of wrong or damaged products received, customers are eligible for a partial or full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

    • A package opening video is mandatory as proof.

    • The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

    • Partial or full refund will depend on the extent of damage to the items.

  1. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or coupon code for future purchases.

  • Important: Refunds are not available for items purchased using store credit or coupon codes.

  1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • One-time Return/Exchange Policy: Customers can avail of only one return or exchange per order.

  1. Return Pickup

  • Once approved, a courier pickup will be arranged within 24 hours.

  • If the location is unserviceable or the courier attempts fail more than twice, the customer must self-ship the item to our warehouse. In this case, we will refund the Return/Exchange Charges of ₹200 per item if we have taken any.

  • Self-shipping Recommendations: Use India Post for cost-effective shipping.

  1. Proof Requirements

  • At the time of pickup, customers must record a video proof showing the item being packed and handed over to the courier.

  • If the wrong or damaged item is received in reverse pickup without proof, we will not process a refund.

  1. Items Excluded from Returns & Exchanges

  • Final sale, clearance sale, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
